No warranty and no support. The Puffco response is just "buy another one," even for battery issues. It is entirely up to the user to service. Dr. dabber seems willing to at least sell things to help you repair your unit if possible, may even do repairs for pay, though my switch has never had any issues that warrant needing support assistance.
